During the fabrication process, I first constructed a foundational metal frame using flexible aluminum wire, which allows for easy bending. To reinforce the structure, I wrapped the frame with fine thread, ensuring its stability. Next, I covered the metal framework with layers of resin clay, sculpting it by hand to gradually match the 3D model. Throughout this process, I refined the clay’s shape to maintain structural integrity.
